29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities were not provided for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within the work area for immediate emergency use. (a) On November 11, 2024, and times prior, at 3101 Valley Street, Minot, ND employees working with broken automotive batteries were exposed to battery acid and were not provided suitable eye wash stations and access quick drenching station due to blocked and/or obstructed travel paths. *A suitable eye wash must meet the minimum criteria as defined by ANSI/ISEA Z358.1.
