(a) On November 11, 2024, and times prior, at 3101 Valley Street, Minot, ND employees working with broken automotive batteries were exposed to battery acid and were not provided suitable eye wash stations and access quick drenching station due to blocked and/or obstructed travel paths. *A suitable eye wash must meet the minimum criteria as defined by ANSI/ISEA Z358.1.
