29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about November 14, 2024, on the south side of the residential building, employees were not in use of fall protection while performing roofing work activities at a height greater than six(6) feet to the ground. Jose's Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1709375, citation number 2 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05-23-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1145 W I-240 Service Rd Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73139.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed. On or about November 14, 2024, on the eastside of the house, employees were in use of a portable ladder and the ladder siderails did not extend at least three (3) feet above the landing. Jose's Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1709375 , citation number 1 , item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05-23-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1145 W I-240 Service Rd Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73139.
