Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: On or about November 14, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20ft 5in., on a construction site in Rantoul, Illinois, and adequate fall protection was not being used while working on a low-slope commercial building. ADVANCED COMMERCIAL ROOFING, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, 1926.501(B)(10), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER: 1727879, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1A, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON April 17, 2024, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF W. UNIVERSITY AVENUE AND N. COLER AVE., URBANA, ILLINOIS 61801.
