29 CFR 1910.213(i)(1):Non-working portion(s) of the blade of bandsaw(s) were not enclosed or guarded. At the jobsite located at 6530 Winner Road. Kansas City, MO 64125: Employees were exposed to amputation hazards while cutting newly injected plastic parts. The blade of the bandsaw was not adjusted so that the non-working portion of the blade was enclosed, nor was the blade guarded. The non-working portion of the blade was approximately 11" in length.

Kansas City, MO 64125: Employees were exposed to electrical hazards to include electrical shock and electrical fire. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to utilize multiple extension cords that were connected to other extension cords and relocatable power taps. The extension cords were used to provide electrical power to various pieces of equipment. These conditions were observed in the following location: 1) Fabrication Department 2) Routing table near the injection molding department

Kansas City, MO 64125: Employees were exposed to electrical hazards to include electrical shock. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing the employees to utilize extension cords with sleeves that were separated from the base of the connector. The extension cords were used to provide electrical power to various pieces of equipment. These conditions were observed in the following location: 1) Fabrication Department 2) Routing table near the injection molding department
