29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i): Adequate precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors: a) Worksite was located at 20 Creek Road, Brooklawn, NJ 08030 A worker suffered second and third degree burns to their body as the result of an explosion of aerosol cans that were in the proximity of a dual temperature high heat gun. The heat gun was holstered near the cans and left running during the screen printing process. Incident occurred on or about November 19, 2024.
