29 CFR 1910.243(c)(3):Abrasive wheels used on vertical portable grinder(s) (right angle head grinders) were not provided with safety guard(s) having a maximum exposure angle of 180 degrees and located between the operator and wheel: Employees are being exposed to struck by hazards due to them not using guards when operating handheld grinders. This hazard was observed at welding stations in the facility to include: 1. 3 stations along the east side wall 2. 5 stations along the west side wall

29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii):Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not protected from the rays by noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields: Employees were exposed to welding rays in the following areas. These areas all had welding occurring without the use of screens with other employees in the area able to directly see the weld arc. 1.3 stations along the east side wall 2. 5 stations along both sides of the west side wall 3. First station along the west side wall that has no welding screens as it is used for larger parts.
