1926.503(c)(3 The employer did not provide retraining when inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee had not retained the requisite understanding or skill. a) 22 Asher St. Inlet Beach FL. 32413, On or about November 20, 2024 and prior to, the supervisor was not appropriate retrained and allowed their employees to perform roofing activities such as but not limited installing metal sheeting without requiring the use of fall protection which exposed the employees to falls of approximately 10 feet to the ground below.
