Inlet Beach FL. 32413, On or about January 30, 2025 and prior to, the employer allowed their employees to perform roofing activities such as but not limited installing shingles on home with height of approximately 18 feet 4 inches without properly using fall protection such as but not limited to attachment point being on the waist of the employee instead center of back, which exposed the employees to crushed-by hazards.
