Liberty Restaurants Holdings dba Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, 4752 Commercial Drive, New Hartford, NY, 13413, on or about 11/25/2024; Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals in the workplace including, but not limited to, Peroxide Multi Surface Cleaner and Disinfectant, QRS Restroom Cleaner, and QSR Heavy Duty Multipurpose Sink Detergent, and the employer did not maintain copies of the safety data sheets in the workplace. Abatement certification is required.

Liberty Restaurants Holdings dba Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, 4752 Commercial Drive, New Hartford, NY, 13413, on or about 11/25/2024; Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals in the workplace including, but not limited to, Peroxide Multi Surface Cleaner and Disinfectant, QRS Restroom Cleaner, and QSR Heavy Duty Multipurpose Sink Detergent, and the employer did provide effective information and training on the hazardous chemicals in their work area. Abatement certification is required.
