29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: DMO Receiving Clerks Office: On or about November 26, 2024, and at times prior thereto, small appliances such as a Keurig Elite coffee maker and a large BUNN Coffee Maker were plugged into a relocatable power tap and not used according to listing and labeling instructions. Employee(s) were exposed to potential electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s). The Marine Corps Air Station Miramar was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1589470, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on May 12, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 9320 Miramar Way, San Diego, CA 92145.
