29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a. On or about 11/26/2024, in the inmate's kitchen of the FDC Miami, there was visible mold on the ceiling where employees are assigned to perform work duties. b. On or about 11/26/2024, in the attorney rooms 2, 3, and 4 of the FDC Miami, there was visible mold on the ceiling where employees are assigned to perform work duties. The U.S. Department of Justice/Bureau of Prisons was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1335777, citation number 2, item number 1, issued on 11/26/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 15801 SW 137th Avenue, Miami, Florida, which became a final order on 4/28/2020.
