29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  a)  At 193 Mount Pleasant Boulevard, Lot 50 North Hills, Fairhope, Alabama:  On December 2, 2024; the employer allowed his employees to operate pneumatic nail gun without eye protection while performing framing activities exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR  1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide:   a)  At 193 Mount Pleasant Boulevard, Lot 50 North Hills, Fairhope, Alabama:  On December 2, 2024; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from a job made scaffold with a work platform that measured only 6 inches wide exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 16 feet 6 inches to the ground below.
