The employer failed to ensure employees utilized the developed energy control procedures to control the hazardous energy of the machine prior to performing the activity.  b. On or about December 4, 2024, employees performing setup activities such as, but not limited to greasing, oiling, and setting tools were exposed to machine hazards associated with rotating parts, in-going nip points, and pinch points of the Herdon 50HD2 CNC (Model: CSX-50T), located in the CNC department. The employer failed to ensure employees utilized the developed energy control procedures to control the hazardous energy of the machine prior to performing the activity.  c. On or about December 4, 2024, employees were exposed to machine hazards associated with moving parts, in-going nip points, and pinch points during setup activities such as, but not limited to greasing, oiling, and setting tools on the Herdon 50HD2 CNC (Model: CSX-50T), located in the CNC department.
