On or about December 2, 2024, an employee used a pneumatic/battery nail gun on the site's north side to attach framing materials without eye/face protection. Kacco, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents, which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1672792, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11-02-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4850 Rouzon Ct. Baton Rouge, La.
