29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about and at times before December 2, 2024, at the worksite located at 1823 Farm Rd 197, SPRINGFIELD, MO 65802, subcontractor employees conducting framing activities were exposed to fall hazards. The employer did not ensure each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b). BP Builders was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1629864, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/23/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3209 S.
