On a residential roof, at a temporary jobsite located 15475 Bareback Drive, in Jacksonville, FL: On or about December 5, 2024, the employer exposed subcontracted employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by subcontracted employees while performing roofing work. Janney Roofing, LLC, was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1477718, Citation number 1, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 5, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at Addison Park Apartments at Cross Creek, Venita Real Avenue, in Tampa, FL 33647.
