On or about January 29, 2026, at 8001 Palmico St. Orlando, FL: employees were exposed to approximate 8-foot 2-inch fall hazards while re-roofing and installing a ridge cap at the center vent on a 5:12 pitched roof, in that a fall protection system was not used. b. On or about January 29, 2026, at 8001 Palmico St. Orlando, FL: : employees were exposed to approximate 8-foot 8-inch fall hazards while re-roofing and installing a ridge cap at the center vent on a 4:12 pitched roof, in that a fall protection system was not used. Janney Roofing, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1791611, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04-30-2025 , with respect to a workplace located at 15475 Bareback Dr. Jacksonville, FL 32234.
