29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe: a) New single-family residential structure located at 1090 Titus Lane (Lot #4D Sutton Place Subdivision), Winder, GA 30680, Second-floor : On or about 12/05/2024, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards while operating a DeWalt 7 1/4-inch battery operator circular saw, in that the lower guard did not retract immediately after a cut was made as a chock was used to keep the lower guard in the open position.
