29 CFR  1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):  a.) On or about December 4, 2024,  scaffolds were used to construct brick columns where the scaffold planks were used to support plywood which did not cover the entire support in the Northeast, Southeast, Northwest, and Southwest columns.

29 CFR  1926.451(b)(7): On scaffolds where platforms are overlapped to create a long platform, the overlap did not occur only over supports:  a) On or about December 4, 2024,  scaffolds were used to construct brick columns where the boards were placed over other boards but not supports on the masonry scaffolds at the Northeast, Southeast, Northwest, and Southwest columns.
