(a) Jobsite, Aisle 358, Dry Goods: On or about 12-10-2024, a powered industrial truck operator did not look in the direction of, or maintain a clear view of travel, exposing an employee to caught in between and struck-by type hazards. Pet food Experts, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1539536, citation number 1 item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/10/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1 John Dean Memorial Boulevard, Cumberland, RI 02864.
