29 CFR  1926.502(d)(16): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, shall be rigged such that an employee can neither free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m), nor contact any lower level:   a - 116 Wisteria Court, Freehold NJ:   A worker sheathing the exterior surface of pitched roof trusses, and performing other related activites, while working and walking from unprotected edges and from the sheathed pitched roof trusses,  was not protected from falling when wearing a full body harness whose connected, extended,  lanyard was improperly anchored and therefore would not have stopped them from contacting a lower level.  As such, this worker was exposed to fall hazards of 11 feet 3 inches and in excess of 14 feet 4 inches. Condition observed on or about 12/12/24.
