Condition observed on or about 12/12/24. b- Back, Upper Pitched Roof, 816 Freemont Drive, Manalapan NJ: The company worksite Foreman was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 22 feet 4 inches, when walking and working from a residential townhouse row's end unit's upper pitched roof without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 12/12/24.

Condition noted on or about 12/12/24.
