29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: (a) Forest Park Drive, Waretown, NJ: Worker engaged in siding and other related activities were exposed to fall hazards, up to and more than 15 feet to the ground surface below, when transversing from a pump jack pic to a ladder without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 01/16/2025. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
