Avi Casino Enterprises, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(b)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1559965, citation number 1, item number 2-a and was affirmed as a final order on November 10, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 10000 Aha Macav Parkway, Laughlin, NV 89029.
