29 CFR  1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:  a) New construction on Lot 2 at the Pepper Pike Subdivision, Loganville, GA 30052, Second level top plate: On or about 12/13/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 8-feet to the lower level, in that a ladder or other safe means of access was provided to access the top plate being used as a walking/working surface as employees scaled the bracing to reach the working level.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  a)  New construction on Lot 2 at the Pepper Pike Subdivision, Loganville, GA 30052, Second level top plate: On or about 12/13/2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided while operating these tools at 140 PSI. engaged in framing activities.   ATL Pro Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1667403, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/27/23, with respect to a workplace located at 3515 Halfmoon Court, Cumming, GA 30041.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    a) New construction on Lot 2 at the Pepper Pike Subdivision, Loganville, GA 30052, Second level top plate: On or about 12/13/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 19-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roof truss framing activities.   ATL Pro Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1667403, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/27/23, with respect to a workplace located at 3515 Halfmoon Court, Cumming, GA 30041.
