29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) 1182 Provision Blvd. Lot 151 Mobile AL; On or about December 16, 2024, and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure employees installing trusses using a pneumatic nail gun wore eye protection which exposed them to struck by hazards.
