29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). a. On or about December 18, 2024, at a residential construction site Lot 46: employees were exposed to 9-foot 4-inch fall hazards while installing trusses, in that a fall protection system was not used/enforced. b. On or about December 18, 2024, at a residential construction site Lot 46: employees were exposed to 18-feet 10-inches fall hazards, in that the use of a guardrail system was not provided on the residential second story window while the employees conducted framing work activities on the second floor. c. On or about December 18, 2024, at a residential construction site Lot 46: employees were exposed to 11-feet 4-inches fall hazards, in that the use of a guardrail system was not provided on the residential foyer while the employees conducted framing work activities on the second floor.
