29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels : a) On or about 1/6/2025, an employee was exposed to noise levels at 64.1% of the allowable 8-hour Time Weighted Average (85 dBA), with an equivalent dBA level at 86.7 dBA, in that the employer did not obtain a new audiogram annually after receiving the baseline audiogram. The sampling was performed for 442 minutes on 1/6/2025. The exposure calculation included a zero increment for the 38 minutes not sampled.
