29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) At or near 1059 Sussex Ave., Randolph NJ - Front Roof:  Employees without proper means of fall protection were exposed to fall hazards varying from approximately 11 feet to 20 feet while engaged in roofing activities , on or about 12/19/24  Pineda Home Business Construction LLC was previously cited SERIOUS for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1565814, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/22/22, with respect to a workplace located at 1116 Chadwick Circle, Hummelstown PA.  Pineda Home Business Construction LLC was previously cited REPEAT for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1681777, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/2/23, with respect to a workplace located at 222 Juniper St. Quakertown PA.
