29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. A) 343 Grandview Ave Edison, NJ 08837 - The employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in roofing activities were protected from falls by the use of a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to fall Hazards, approx. 18' and 9'. Hazards observed on or about December 19, 2024. The Martine Contractors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1551726, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March, 28, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 741 2nd Ave Lyndhurst, NJ 07071.
