29 CFR 1926.150(a)(2):Access to all available firefighting equipment shall be maintained at all times. a) On or about 12/20/2024, during construction of the Edwards Vacuum Manufacturing Complex, located at 1249 Stamp Drive, Alabama, New York, access to fire equipment was obstructed by HVAC air duct units. Employees were exposed to struck against and struck by hazards from materials (HVAC ducts) blocking access to fire fighting equipment (fire extinguisher) located at column 5c. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
