On or about December 10, 2024, at 5204 Hannas Rest, Frederiksted, St. Croix - at the Fire Suppression Pump Room: the room was being used as a storage area containing flammable and hazardous materials such as Zerex antifreeze, Arkool pressurized refrigerant, high traffic floor polish containers, and cardboard boxes, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards.
