(a) On or about 12/12/2024, 4200 United Shopping Plaza, Suite #1, Christiansted, VI 00820, Warehouse - the passageways in the storeroom were cluttered with grocery boxes, pallets, grocery carts, and other miscellaneous items along the walkways. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a) On or about 12/12/2024, 4200 United Shopping Plaza, Suite #1, Christiansted, VI 00820 - Warehouse. The working space in front of an electrical switch located next to a yellow "REDCO" main panel, was obstructed preventing ready and safe operation and maintenance of equipment, exposing employees to electrical hazard. (b) On or about 12/12/2024, 4200 United Shopping Plaza, Suite #1, Christiansted, VI 00820 - Warehouse. The working space in front of an Solectria Grid Tied Power Inverter Panel (Model PV1 100 100KW Panel) was obstructed preventing ready and safe operation and maintenance of equipment, exposing employees to electrical hazard. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
