29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location: On or about December 20, 2024, in the North Plant near the CB Line area, the Bradley eyewash station and Elkay water fountain were both located within 6-24 inches of an electrical receptacle junction box which was not designed to prevent moisture and water from entering. The electrical receptacle was located on a steel structural vertical beam. This condition exposed employees to fire and electrical hazards.
