29 CFR  1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews:   a) On or about December 14, 2024, and at times prior, employees performing masonry work on the top platform over 10 feet above a lower level, were not protected from falling while performing work on the scaffold located on the left side of the house, in front of the door which had missing railings.  b) a) On or about December 14, 2024, and at times prior, employees performing masonry work on the top platform over 10 feet above a lower level, were not protected from falling while performing work on the scaffold located on the right side of the house, to the right of the garage door which had missing railings.
