On or about December, 20, 2024, at 10847 Corsican Street: employees were exposed to a 19 foot fall hazard while removing and installing roof shingles on a 7:12 pitched roof, in that, fall protection was not used. b. On or about December, 20, 2024, at 10851 Corsican Street: employees were exposed to a 19 foot fall hazard while removing and installing roof shingles on a 7:12 pitched roof, in that, fall protection was not used. c. On or about December, 20, 2024, at 10855 Corsican Street: employees were exposed to a 19 foot fall hazard while removing and installing roof shingles on a 7:12 pitched roof, in that, fall protection was not used. d. On or about December, 20, 2024, at 10863 Corsican Street: employees were exposed to a 19 foot fall hazard while removing and installing roof shingles on a 7:12 pitched roof, in that, fall protection was not used.
