29 CFR 1910.106(b)(6):In locations where flammable vapors may be present, precautions were not taken to prevent ignition by eliminating or controlling sources of ignition. Sources of ignition may include open flames, lightning, smoking, hot surfaces, frictional heat, sparks (static, electrical, and mechanical), spontaneous ignition, chemical and physical-chemical reactions, and radiant heat: a) Wash Station of 3305 Highway 77 Panama City, FL. 32405: On or about December 18, 2024 and times prior to; the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that flammable liquids, such as but not limited to gasoline, were allowed to be transferred from a container into a BE Hot Water Pressure Washer Model# HW4015RA fuel tank while the it was still running and/or hot.
