29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: On or about January 02, 2025, FM Roofing did not conduct an adequate inspection of the jobsite by a competent person at 901 Time Centre Drive in Saint Charles, MO., thus exposing employees to the following hazard: A) Multiple employees were exposed to fall hazards while roofing a residential structure approximately 20 feet above ground without utilizing fall protection.
