29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employer: On or about Aug. 12, 2025, FM Roofing did not conduct an adequate inspection of the jobsite by a competent person at 1808 9th Street in Saint Louis, MO., thus exposing employees to the following hazard: A) Workers were wearing body belts that had the lanyard attachment point located at the front of the worker's waist while conducting roofing operations on a 12:12 slope roof over 20 feet above the ground. FM Roofing and Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1795727, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3-18-2025, with respect to a workplace located at 901 Time Centre Drive in Saint Charles, MO. FM Roofing and Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1800537, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3-18-2025, with respect to a workplace located at 901 Time Centre Drive in Saint Charles, MO.
