29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) Warehouse: On or about 12-31-2024, employees were exposed to slip, trip and fall hazards while performing material handling activities from pallets with excess plastic shrink wrap that was partially attached to the pallet and in the path of the walking working surface.
