29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 2921 Winterberry Road, Lot 13A Reserve at Brookhaven, Cantonment, Florida: On January 15, 2025; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 20 feet to the ground below. The Jose Padilla dba Jose Padilla was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1777364, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 29, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 3302 Grouse Road, Lot 71 Lakes of Woodbine, Milton, Florida.
