29 CFR 1910.145(c)(2)(i):Caution signs were not used to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices: On or about January 15, 2025, employees were not provided signs to warn against potential hazards, in the following area but not limited to: (1) the huller area south side, an employee leaned tools adjacent huller equipment #6 that is automated and may activate during cleaning operation (2) the cleaning area near entrance, an employee worked in proximity of rotating shaft that is approximately 2 feet from ground under seed conveyor during cleaning operation.
