29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a) 9 West 86th Street, Long Beach Township, NJ 08008: Workers engaged roofing and other related activities were exposed to fall hazards, up to and more than 25 feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working on a roof of a residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 01/16/2025.  G & G Supply was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1766138, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 5, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 5708 Ocean Blvd., Long Beach Township, NJ 08008  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
