29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 324 Paramount Escape Drive, Barnegat, NJ 08008: Worker engaged in roof sheathing and other related activities was exposed to fall hazards, up to and more than 20 feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working on a roof of a residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 0/16/2025. Progress Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1630112, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 14, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 200 Old Tappen Road, Old Tappen, NJ 07675.
