29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Building 37 Pagoda Ct.,Lawrenceville, NJ: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twenty feet to the ground below. Nine employees were observed performing roofing duties without the use of personal fall protection. Observed on or about 01/17/25. b)Building 34 Magnolia Ct., Lawrenceville, NJ: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twenty feet to the ground below. Five employees were observed performing roofing duties without the use of personal fall protection. Observed on or about 01/17/25. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
