29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: On or about January 16, 2025, employees engaged in residential roofing activities, located at 12210 S 111th Street, Papillion, NE 68046, were exposed to fall hazards in that the employees were accessing and egressing a third story using a permanent stairwell that was not afforded with at least one handrail or a stairrail system while conducting the framing operations.
