29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5): Every enclosed workplace was not constructed, equipped, and maintained, so far as reasonably practicable, as to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents, insects, or other vermin; and/or a continuing and effective extermination program was not instituted where their presence is detected: (a) Throughout facility; On or about January 21, 2025, and dates prior, the employer did not ensure the building processing areas, rooms, and entrances were constructed and maintained in order to reduce routes of entry for mice and other rodents and/or did not implement a continuing and effective extermination program to irradicate them.
