29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) On or about 01/23/2025 at the site located at 1120 Fyler Road, Kirkville, NY 13087: Davenport Screw Machines were not guarded to prevent employees from accessing the point of operation exposing employees to caught in hazards. b) On or about 1/23/2025 at the site located at 1120 Fyler Road, Kirkville, NY 13087: Employee exposed to caught in hazards when using the Bridgeport Vertical Knee Mill, ACU-Rite III, Serial # J 69607, without a chuck guard.
