Employees performing packaging and managerial activities were exposed to continuous noise levels that were equivalent to 192%, 190.7%, 173.2%, 170%, 190.4%, and 66.8% of the allowable dose of 100%, or 90 dBA for an 8 hour Time Weighted Average. These exposures, which are equivalent to an 8 hour Time Weighted Average of 94.7 dBA, 94.6 dBA, 93.9 dBA, 93.8 dBA, 90.6 dBA, and 87.1 dBA.  The Action Level is 85 dBA. The sample times were 466 minutes, 468 minutes, 465 minutes, 466 minutes, 432 minutes and 464 minutes respectively.  Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled time periods of 14 minutes, 12 minutes, 15 minutes, 14 minutes, 48 minutes, and 16 minutes, respectively.  Violation occurred on or about 03/19/2025.
