On or about January 30, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards in that machine guarding is not effective to protect employees from getting fingers caught in the point of operation on the Rousselle cut-off machine #498.

29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(ii): Temporary wiring was not removed immediately upon completion of the project or purpose for which the wiring was installed: (a) Roll Mill #7; On or about January 30, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electric shock hazards, in that the employer provided an extension cord to power a Mikita nibbler tool in lieu of providing permanent wiring with an outlet at the point of operation.
